Biography
Keanu Charles Reeves was born in Beirut, Lebanon on September 2nd 1964. He moved to New York as a young boy with his mother and sister. He dropped out of school to pursue his dream of becoming an actor and he made his debut in 1985 in the television show Letting Go.

His Sexiest Moments
1. Flexing his muscles and saving the day in the action movie Speed (1994). With short cropped hair and a slightly larger physique, Keanu has never looked so hot.

2. Redefining the word cool in The Matrix movies. Long black coat, small black sunglasses, swept backed hair - Neo was 'the one' and so is Keanu.

3. Charming older woman Diane Keaton in the movie Something's Gotta Give (2003). Doesn't do anything for you? Wait until you're the wrong side of forty and then you'll understand.

Three Things You Never Knew
1. Despite his surfer dude type image, he was actually born in Beirut, Lebanon. However, his family moved to New York City when he was a child.

2. He very nearly signed up to reprise his role as Jack Traven in Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997) but pulled out at the last minute. Just as well he did because the film was a turkey.

3. He was first choice for Charlie Sheen's role in Platoon (1986) but turned it down. Unfortunately for Keanu the film was a tremendous critical and financial success.

Looks
Keanu Reeves is an extremely attractive man. Tall, dark and handsome – it doesn’t really get much better. Although he always looks good enough to eat, he has never looked better than in the movie Speed. With short hair and a little bit more muscle than he usually carries, he was worth getting on the potentially explosive bus for.

Body
Keanu has always had a great body. Very rarely out of shape, he is many women’s ideal package - tall, slim and toned. But we like him best when he bulks up a little. After all, you can’t beet a bit of beef. And Keanu is definitely a prime cut.

Lifestyle
Keanu has rarely shown any signs of settling down. This may be in part due to the tragedy that befell his former girlfriend Jennifer Syme. In 1999 the couple were expecting their first child but sadly she was delivered stillborn. Keanu and Jennifer split up a few months later but remained friends. However, tragedy struck again when in 2001 Jennifer was killed in a terrible car crash.

Career
Keanu was a millionaire long before the Matrix movies came along but he’s now in a whole new league. However, critical acclaim has been somewhat harder to come by. It’s unlikely that he will ever be regarded as a fantastic actor but often that is the price of popularity.
